Return Policy
|
| There are no returns. A change for a different size can
be arranged. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. |
| Refusals: If a customer refuses a package without good reason, a 10%
handling charge plus shipping cost will be charged. No future order will be
processed until the problem has been resolved. |
| Cancellations: All special and stock orders confirmed by
customer service cannot be canceled if the dress is already in production.
All dresses in production will be shipped as ordered. |
